Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of bulk soil and bark products, returns are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable due to shipping issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
All sales are final once the product has been opened or used.
Local pickup items are final sale and must be inspected at time of pickup.
